The British Lung Foundation is the only UK charity working on behalf of everyone affected by respiratory disease across the UK. We campaign for better policies and services, provide support and advice for patients and carers, and fund research into new treatments and cures. We believe that greater clinical trial transparency, as advocated by the AllTrials campaign, is essential if we are to improve services and treatments, and increase the confidence patients, carers and clinicians have in medical research. We will always request and support publication of results of any research trials we fund.
