NHS Vale of York Clinical Commissioning Group strongly supports the campaign for All Trials to be openly published. We aim to commission the best health and wellbeing for everyone in our community. We urge the pharmaceutical industry to sign up to complete transparency to help us achieve our vision. We look forward to a time when health policy makers and front-line clinicians are able to be sure that the drugs they recommend to patients are truly in patients best interests. We want to be sure our community is getting the best value from the resources available and that patients and their clinicians are fully informed about the benefits and risks of their treatments. We can’t achieve this until all trials are published.
