As a 20 year old non-profit organization providing support for adults with cancer in Washington, DC we believe that cancer survivors and their clinicians need and deserve access to accurate, thorough and up to date information to make the best possible decisions for treatment and care. Clinical trials are essential tools in discovering and assessing new and better treatment protocols but are less than trustworthy when only partial data is shared. It is inhumane and unethical to register patients for trials that are not registered or for which no clinical data is made available for possible clinicians use or reference.
